Dominique Pozo received her Bachelors of Arts in Fine Arts from the University of Colorado at Boulder. After college, Dominique learned the art of balance while surfing in Costa Rica then moved to Hawaii in order to train in therapeutic massage. She later went on to graduate with a Masters Degree in Art Therapy & Counseling from Southwestern College. While studying, she chose to deepen her experience through the lens of Psychodrama/Action Methods, Eco-psychology and various Expressive Therapies. Dominique’s approach innately blends her work as a psychotherapist with her decade plus experience as a Licensed Massage Therapist and Yoga teacher. In her work with individuals she draws upon this training often. Dominique has experience working with adolescents and adults recovering from addiction and trauma. She has facilitated numerous grief/loss support groups through the Golden Willow Retreat Center. Dominique is devoted to collaborating with individuals in their unique healing journey and enjoys working within the integrative model that Zephyrus of Santa Fe offers and values.
